903. Bryant House 712 S.E. Fort King Street

This Victorian Vernacular style of home was built in 1892. It is named the "Bryant House". Mr. William Robert Bryant was a successful farmer from Missouri who moved to Ocala in the 1880's. His grandson, Cecil Farris Bryant, lived here in Marion County and became the 34th governor of the State of Florida. Today this house serves as the office of the Historic Ocala Preservation Society (HOPS).
