I'm Althea Rapio, an animator and illustrator, and I'm a second-year animation student at the University of South Florida. I've always enjoyed art, and when I was younger I used to draw on the walls of our apartment with bright magenta crayons. I grew up scribbling for hours on copy paper and taping my creation to my wall to admire. I'm driven by creating visual stories and artwork that entertain and connect to people. I love focusing on the details of the work that reveal the emotions behind it.

Soy Althea Rapio, animadora e ilustradora, y soy estudiante de segundo año de animación en la Universidad del Sur de Florida. Siempre me ha gustado el arte, y cuando era más joven solía dibujar en las paredes de nuestro apartamento con crayones de color magenta brillante. Crecí garabateando durante horas en papel de copia y pegando mi creación en la pared para admirarla. Me impulsa la creación de historias visuales y obras de arte que entretienen y conectan a las personas. Me encanta concentrarme en los detalles del trabajo que revelan las emociones detrás de él.
